Brandon took me out to dinner last night to the new Chinese restaurant down the road: Osaka Ohsho.
You might remember our dinner at the Chinese restaurant in Jusco and our short discussion on me not being much of a fan of American-Chinese or Chinese-Chinese foods, but discovering I’m good with some Japanese-Chinese selections. (I’m now beginning to wonder if I am, perhaps, just a really big fan of fried rice.)
We ordered two items off the menu. Brandon chose the Chili Shrimp which came on a bed of crispy dough. He polished it off in no time at all.
We also chose the double portion of gyoza fried rice set to split. (I was craving fried rice, of course.)
I thoroughly enjoyed my fried rice and a piece of the breaded chicken. Thankfully Brandon was hungry enough to finish the chicken, tiny salad, gyoza (this restaurant specializes in gyoza), and egg-drop soup. We both left with our tummies full of good food, and we’re putting Osaka Ohsho on our list of yummy restaurants.
Definitely a successful evening out!
